Develop your team & leadership skills with engaging outdoor experiences
Positive shared experiences, building relationships and creating quality time together is the basis of all our work. We build teams, develop leaders and create opportunities for fun activity based team building days.
We embrace our woodland environment and make sure your time with us is connected to the natural world as well as each other.
We believe in the power of positive engaging outdoor experiences and embrace the surrounding landscape through all our activities.
You’ll be immersed in a natural learning environment enabling people to get to know themselves and each other better. Our activities are designed for people to interact and rely on each other building conversations, shared experiences and relationships. We have residential facilities to enable multiday events that create impactful programmes. It is often in the down time around the fire in the evening that deeper relationships are forged.
For Fun Team Builds we let the activities and the environment work their magic and focus on the tasks and the shared joy they generate.
For development programmes we utilise experiences generated through the activities to build learning. We delve deeper, exploring the interactions within the group and the personal thoughts, feelings and behaviours that contribute to those. Development programmes will combine theory, group reflections and discussions with the experiences. This is able to provide both accelerated and impactful learning.
All our programmes start with you, your group and your aims.
We design your day around the learning outcomes that you want, and suggest ways of utilising our activities that will achieve this. We recognise that not everyone is an athlete and pace the activities accordingly.
Our flexibility is our strength. Our activities can be used in multiple ways and styled for fast paced competitions, activity experiences and in depth learning. We view the day as a whole and activity timings are fluid to suit the design of the event.
Less might be more, and some days are deliberately designed with little activity and more conversation. On the other hand high intensity might be what’s needed so expect serious action.
We can both deliver programmes and partner with facilitators and event managers to support their programmes.
We have the experience that enables us to incorporate your company’s values and other models of personality, teamwork and leadership.
We can ensure that your company language and behaviours are utilised in the learning environment and position the programme around these. We regularly work hand in glove with HR or learning and development teams to ensure that there is continuity between our programme and other company programmes.
Our experienced facilitators will tailor the programme on the day to ensure that the group remains appropriately engaged and challenged. They will help set the atmosphere keeping it light and energetic for fun team builds and enable some good discussion and reflection within development programmes.
Most clients come to us with what they want to achieve and we design the event together. If you just want to try a particular activity that is also possible.

Sharing food and conversation are key parts of a positive group experience
Food is always a key part of a programme. The venue lends itself to catering outdoors so BBQs, Paellas, and hog roasts are often the order of the day. For some programmes cooking for each other is an important component and campfire cooking skills can be nurtured under the watchful eyes of our team.
Lunch is often a quality cold buffet or filled rolls if we are out and about. Our food is simple and wholesome, just what’s needed to keep brains and bodies thriving on new experiences.
If you start the day at the centre expect a bacon and egg bap plus cereals and toast.
Cakes will appear mid morning and mid afternoon for groups that are onsite. Those off site may have to carry theirs or navigate their way to a remote tea tent.
Our catering team is experienced in catering for a range of special diets. Please make sure we know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
